Operating Yachtsy

Drivers must be 21 years of age or older with valid State or Federally issued I.D .

Must have experience relative to the area, boats, and conditions they will be operating in.

Must have boaters safety for a minimum of one year.

Rental

Maryland law requires boat safety education for all boat and PWC operators who were born after July 1, 1972.
We encourage everyone to take a boating safety course for your state, this may be done online at boatus.org in 4-8 hours.

If no one in your party has had a boaters safety card for more than a year you can contact us or add in your notes that you will need to scheduled a qualified operator for an additional fee of $25 per hour.

Alcohol

We reserve the right to reject guests who are under the influence before departure.
Overly intoxicated guests will not receive any refund.

District of Columbia law prohibits anyone from boating while intoxicated (BWI); That is, operating a vessel, or manipulating water-skis or similar devices, while under the influence of alcohol; marijuana; or any narcotic drug, barbiturate, or hallucinogen.

Cancellation

Once the booking is complete customers will immediately receive a confirmation email. If the confirmation email is not received please call us immediately.

Customers are allowed to reschedule or cancel with a full refund if the request is received no less than 48 hours prior to your cruise. Within 48 hours of your cruise, rescheduling is permitted only at our discretion and availability. To make a cancellation or reschedule, please reply to the confirmation email with your request.

Weekday cruises are unable to be rescheduled during a weekend cruise due to pricing.
